Hi Rob,Everything was great, the food got rave reviews! Everyone said it was delicious and many could tell it was fresh. I was not at all worried about running out, many were happy to take some home!I am absolutely happy I chose your company to cater my event and without a doubt do so in the future and would highly recommend to RTC to anyone. Bob did an outstanding job!!!!

7/28/2011went to a wedding shower that was catered by these guys. The food was so good that I got in touch with them to cater an event for me.
The brisket and ribs were to die for ,and the mac 'n cheese was a huge hit. 
The owners were extremely nice and accomodating. They bent over backwards helping to make my event a huge hit! I found their prices to be incredibly reasonable and they made everything work within my set budget. 
Definitely check out THE BBQ PIT if you are looking for a great BBQ caterer!

We recently had The bbq pit cater our President/CEO's birthday party and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the food and was raving about the mac and cheese and ribs...and then the sauce! Everything was amazing and tasty. We had plenty of left overs, that I'm sure the office will polish up the next day.

I'm a huge advocate on customer service and professionalism, and you will not be disappointed with this company. We will definitely hire them again.

We used rtc for our wedding and I can't recommend them highly enough. We researched a ton of caterers before hiring them, and RTC came in head and shoulders more delicious and cost effective than anything else we considered. Plus, they were very cool and down-to-earth to work with. It's been over a month and our friends and family are STILL talking about the mac and cheese they served. And their servers were sweet, fun and competent- when a guest dropped a glass on the dance floor, a waiter DANCED up with a broom and dishpan and cleaned up whilst shaking his ass.

All was delicious- I heard "best wedding food ever" more than once. Many thanks to everyone at RTC the bbq pit

Just had to tell you how wonderful our "Rehearsal Dinner BBQ" went. The food, the chef, the presentation all were "topnotch"!!! We had some native-born German guests, and you should have seen them downing seconds (and some thirds) on the Bratwurst & kraut - they were outstanding!!!

Thank you sooo much for helping my son's " Rehearsal BBQ" be as fun and enjoyable as it was. You also made my life so much calmer at a very hectic time, and I thank you for jumping in on such short notice. It was a pleasure dealing with you and yours from start to finish and I will recommend you to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Please feel free to use this "rave review" on your web-site.

 Rob …. I hope you had as much fun as we did …. You were absolutely amazing and I appreciate everything you did for us … Every single person that came has not stopped talking about how good the food was and what your contact is and such … so don’t be alarmed if you start getting phone calls from people!!! We will keep you busy! Everything turned out absolutely amazing and we owe most of that to you for everything you did …. We will definitely be making our way up there for lunch in the future as I haven’t had Macaroni and Cheese that good my whole life. Anything you need from us, please tell us as we would be willing to do anything to let people know how fantastic you and your food is …. Thanks again for putting up with us throughout the process my man … you were great!

Just wanted you to know how great everything was for the party on Saturday. Bob and Derek did a wonderful job with the grilling, set-up, etc. Plus, they were such nice guys. The food was delicious. I just wanted to thank you and tell you that the Pig Roast was a tremendous success. Everyone at the party raved about the food. Bob and his assistant were wonderful. They had everything under control and everything was served on time. There were a number of people who never went to a Pig Roast and they could not believe how delicious the pig tasted.
